We left Ohio on Monday afternoon and headed for my favorite place in the whole world, the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had 3 nights booked at the Switzerland Inn. Upon arrival, Roscoe and I realized that we have been coming here 43 years. We don’t go every year but my kids can spread my ashes here, it’s one of my top 5 favorite places in the world! Here are a few pictures. There was a rally of some sort happening and lots of Maseratis, Ferraris, Porsches and a Lanzia.

Roscoe was in 7th Heaven.

It was a wonderful 3 days. We drove to Burnsville and got desserts. Had lunch at the little cafe. It was 74- 62 degrees. A far cry from the 💯 degrees we’re having here today.
